Design and construct capital improvements on an existing skilled nursing facility. Main improvements were redesign of main entry to include replacement of storefront entry system, replace concrete entrance ramp, new cantilevered porte cochere & walkway. Additional work included commercial kitchen renovation, demolition of dated architectural features, replacement of exterior windows, replace siding, painting, landscape renovations and monument sign.
