Design assist and construct a 6,780 SF car wash including coordination/installation of owner supplied car wash equipment and control system.  Consisting of a 170’ CMU and structural steel wash tunnel, wood framed administration and equipment spaces with brick/stone veneers and stucco exterior finish, and all related site/utility work.
