Design assist and construct a 7,215 SF car wash including coordination/installation of owner supplied car wash equipment and control system.  Consisting of a 185’ CMU and structural steel wash tunnel, wood framed administration and equipment spaces with integrally colored CMU and stucco exterior finish, and all related site/utility work.
