Site work new utilities, asphalt paving, RV stalls with electrical/power/sewer connections, and artificial turf. Clubhouse consists of wood framed structure with wood siding/stucco and standing seam metal roof exterior, and shower/rest rooms, laundry facility, kitchen and meeting area inside.
